Select Demo was contracted by D.C. Beane & Associates to perform interior, selective demolition in a 150,000 SF space located in an active lab building. Select’s demolition scope included saw-cutting and shoring for new openings and slab removal, elevator demolition and the removal and disposal of RTU's with the use of a crane. Select also had an asbestos component on this project that entailed roof abatement. This project was performed on an expedited schedule where Select worked multiple shifts to ensure the work was completed on time.
