Select Demo Services, LLC was contracted by Structure Tone Southwest to perform the complete, interior demolition of this 211,000 SF former data center, as well as the removal of all raised concrete flooring throughout the space. This project was performed on an accelerated schedule of only six weeks to allow for the new tenant to have a fully white-boxed space. Select Demo finished this project ahead of schedule with no incidents.
