Select Demo was contracted by Related Beal to perform the complete interior demolition of Building 650, a 6-story, 50,000 SF structure; the complete takedown of Buildings 652 – 656, a 6-story 76,000 SF structure; and 660 Beacon Street, a 6-story, 50,000 SF structure. Select’s scope also included the abatement of hazardous materials in the four buildings; decommissioning and removal of five elevators and two escalators.; the installation of scaffolding; and the cutting and capping of utilities.
