Select Demo was contracted by Daniel O’Connell’s Sons (DOC) to perform the selective demolition of pumps, accessories, piping and catwalks throughout this existing wastewater treatment facility located in Fall River, MA. Select’s scope also consisted of the demolition of walls, flooring, ceilings, millwork and lockers in the Administration Building; removal of topping slabs, mezzanines, containment walls and stairs; saw-cutting and demolition of walls for new door openings and saw-cutting and removal of slabs on grade and elevated slabs; complete removal of Odor Control Unit system; removal of covers and internal components of the Gravity Thickener Tanks.
