Select Demo was contracted by Arcadis US to perform the demolition of a 3,500 SF structurally unsound structure at a Former Texaco Plant in Beacon, NY. Select created a regulated area around the structure and demolished it bay-by-bay, top down. All waste was downsized in the existing basement and disposed of as non-friable asbestos. Select punctured and back filled the slab, then placed topsoil and seed as part of the site restoration scope.
