Select Demo worked directly for BASF, one of the world’s leading chemical companies, to perform asbestos abatement and demolition at an inactive BASF plant. The abatement scope consisted of the removal and disposal of the following asbestos roll-on roofing and asbestos floor tile in two separate, 4,000 SF each garages. The demolition scope entailed the demolition of the two garages, a metal canopy, two guard shacks, fencing and bollards. Select performed this work through their national Master Service Agreement with BASF.
