Select Demo was contracted directly by Consigli Construction to perform demolition and abatement of 3 buildings. The buildings consisted of a two-story parking garage with an office space, a larger two-story parking garage and a one-story retail building. Select’s scope also included the removal of asbestos flooring, pipe installation and a boiler, removal of exterior windows and roof flashing, as well as the cleaning and removal of several aboveground fuel storage tanks and a 10,000 gallon underground storage tank. The project was performed in the heavily populated Fenway Area of Boston, MA.
