Select Demo was contracted directly by Tishman Speyer to perform the whitebox and redimising of the 16th floor of 125 High Street in Downtown Boston. Select’s scope consisted of the complete interior demolition of architectural finishes from a previous 30,000 SF trading company consisting of all raised floors with private bathrooms, as well as a private server room with an abundance of data wiring. After demolition, Select remodeled the existing tenant corridor by adding a hallway and dividing the former space into two new ones. The corridor received new lighting, ceilings, ductwork, paint and carpeting. The two new spaces received the full whitebox treatment including a new skimmed floor, holes patched, fireproofing patched and every wall painted white. Select worked 3 phases to complete this highly aggressive schedule.
