Sam started his career in the construction industry in 2013 working in the field as a Local 223 Laborer for Select Demo. He now works as a Project Manager and Estimator, where he primarily focuses on interior demolition and concrete polishing in the Downtown Boston market. Sam also has experience in spray-applied fireproofing, asbestos abatement and concrete work. He prides himself on his work ethics, attention to detail and ensuring his projects perform efficiently, under budget and on schedule. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Framingham State University and a Professional Certificate in Construction from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Outside of the office, he enjoys skiing, playing hockey, golfing and going to the beach.
